This article (and comments made by other readers) is a reminder that, in most things, one should NOT ‘throw out the baby with the bath water.’ Technology brings on new and helpful devices; but, in my mind, old tried and true methods should NOT be pushed to the side because they ‘have been around for a while.’ All of us should work with our heads and our hands.

I couldn’t agree more. My best physical labor days may be behind me, but I still love it. It does something for my soul like nothing else.
