LOG PART 1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Some of you know that we came to Yale so Doreen could begin to do intensive research on Sarah Edwards, wife of Jonathan.\u00a0 Most of you know that Doreen&#8217;s first book is on the ministries\/marriages of Jonathan\/Sarah Edwards, George\/Elizabeth Whitefield, and John\/Molly Wesley.\u00a0 Doreen&#8217;s book is used as a required text by a professor of history and theology at Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS).\u00a0 It is gratifying to hear how the students appreciate Doreen&#8217;s hard work.\u00a0 Here is recent picture of Doreen (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>We usually stop in Dallas on our treks back east.\u00a0 Our wonderfully encouraging friends, Bill and Helen Reeves, welcomed us into their lovely abode on our way to New Haven, CT.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.twocities.org\/?attachment_id=7118\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-7118\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Tennessee.\u00a0 Doreen&#8217;s sister and brother-in-law live there.\u00a0 I was reminded that we were in the Bible belt when I stepped into the restroom of a Christian bookstore.\u00a0 I guess several biblical truths could work like &#8220;Go&#8230;and Make Disciples!&#8221;<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.twocities.org\/?attachment_id=7120\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-7120\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-7120\" src=\"http:\/\/www.twocities.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/IMG_0949-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>We made it safely to Yale.\u00a0 Here is Dr. Ken Minkema, the Director of The Jonathan Edwards Center at Yale.\u00a0 We had a terrific and productive time with
